Course sampling theory

Purpose:

To gain insight into the theory of design based estimators, in particular the general regression estimator.

Topics:

1)  design based approach,
2)  simple random and simple random stratified designs,
3)  general regression estimator and general regression estimator based weights,
4)  special cases of the general regression estimator,
5)  bounding g-weights; the Huang Fuller algorithm (optional).
